I've been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2003. I have a background in amateur bodybuilding, and I'm also a breast cancer survivor (2018). I love working with folks of all ages who are seeking more strength, balance, functional ability and health. I have a special focus on Senior Fitness. I can work with any physical limitations you might have, and together we can create workouts that are fun and effective!
